1. About QuantaCade

QuantaCade provides Joomla extensions, extension plans, license management, protected downloads, update authorization, customer account tools, and support services.

QuantaCade products are licensed, not sold. Your access to a product, license key, download, update, support tool, or All Access Pass is subject to these Terms, the plan details shown at checkout, and any product-specific rules displayed on the site.

2. Accounts

Some features require a Joomla-based QuantaCade account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account, including orders, license management, domain activations, downloads, update requests, and support communications.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for QuantaCade or customers, interfere with the site, misuse license keys, abuse support, or attempt to bypass access controls.

3. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use QuantaCade. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use QuantaCade only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

QuantaCade is not intended for children under 13. Do not use the site or submit personal information if you are under 13.

4. Plans, Licenses, and Access

QuantaCade may offer Basic, Pro, Max, All Access, add-on, and other product plans. Plan names, features, prices, included domains, support priority, duration, and availability may change over time.

Basic plans are intended to provide free lifetime starter access where available. Paid plans and All Access terms are controlled by the plan details shown at checkout and in your customer profile.

A license key may be required to activate, validate, download, update, or support an extension. License keys are for the customer account and permitted domains associated with the license. You may not share, resell, publish, transfer, or use license keys outside the allowed plan terms.

QuantaCade may revoke, suspend, limit, or refuse license access if we believe a key is being shared, abused, resold, used beyond plan limits, or used in violation of these Terms.

5. Free Basic Access and Max Preview

Where a free Basic plan is offered, it provides lifetime Basic access for that product unless the plan details state otherwise or access is terminated for violation of these Terms.

QuantaCade may provide a limited 3-day Max-level preview after confirmed install and domain validation. Preview availability, start conditions, eligible products, domains, and repeat-use limits are controlled by QuantaCade and may change over time.

A Max Preview does not guarantee permanent Max access. After the preview ends, access returns to the active plan level unless the customer upgrades.

6. Payments, Taxes, Upgrades, and Renewals

Payments may be processed by PayPal or another third-party payment provider. By placing an order, you authorize the payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the products, plans, add-ons, taxes, and totals shown at checkout.

Paid licenses are generally fixed-term or manually renewed unless the checkout page or plan details state otherwise. Access may expire if a paid term ends and is not renewed.

When eligible paid access is upgraded, unused time remaining on the current paid license or subscription may be prorated toward the cost of the upgraded plan, as calculated by QuantaCade at checkout. Credit calculations may depend on product, plan, term, payment status, prior discounts, refunds, add-ons, and other account conditions.

Taxes, discounts, upgrade credits, and totals are calculated based on current site settings and checkout information. QuantaCade may correct obvious pricing, tax, or calculation errors.

7. All Access Pass

The All Access Pass is an account-level entitlement that may provide access to included QuantaCade Joomla extensions while the pass is active. All Access is not a separate installable extension and is not a customer-facing license key for a specific product.

Included products, access level, domain allowance, support priority, upgrade credit behavior, and renewal terms are controlled by QuantaCade and may change for future purchases or renewals.

Product-specific license keys, domains, downloads, update authorization, and support records may still be managed through the customer profile even when All Access provides the effective access level.

8. Additional Domain Slots and Domain Limits

Some products may allow additional domain-slot add-ons. Domain slots are product-specific and may be limited by product settings, account status, license status, All Access status, expiration, checkout terms, or plan limits.

Domain activations must be accurate and tied to sites you control or are authorized to manage. You may not use domain slots to share license access with unrelated parties or avoid purchasing appropriate licenses.

If a license, All Access pass, or domain-slot add-on expires or is reduced, domains over the active allowance may be disabled while records are retained for history, support, and reactivation where allowed.

9. Protected Downloads and Update Authorization

Product packages, update access, and related files may be protected by account status, license status, domain status, plan level, version rules, and security checks.

You may not bypass download controls, scrape protected packages, redistribute product ZIP files, mirror private downloads, publish update URLs or license keys, or provide unauthorized access to QuantaCade products.

Updates may be unavailable for expired, inactive, revoked, unpaid, unsupported, or otherwise ineligible access. QuantaCade may change package availability, version support, and update authorization rules over time.

10. Joomla Compatibility, Installation, and Backups

QuantaCade extensions are designed for Joomla environments described on the site or product listing. Compatibility can depend on Joomla version, PHP version, database configuration, template, plugins, permissions, hosting limitations, and other site-specific conditions.

You are responsible for backing up your site before installing, updating, configuring, or uninstalling any extension. You are also responsible for testing changes on an appropriate staging or development site when practical.

QuantaCade does not guarantee that every extension will work with every Joomla site, template, plugin, hosting environment, or custom modification.

11. Support

Support access is included on all QuantaCade plans, including free Basic plans where available. Higher plan levels may receive higher priority response handling, broader support scope, or faster review.

Support covers reasonable product questions, account issues, license access, downloads, update access, and product behavior. Support does not guarantee custom development, emergency response, third-party site repair, custom integration, hosting administration, data recovery, or work outside the stated product scope.

You agree to provide accurate information, relevant screenshots, error messages, site environment details, and reproduction steps when requesting support. Abuse, harassment, spam, or misuse of support tools may result in restricted support or account action.

12. Refunds

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at checkout, paid orders are generally non-refundable once access, downloads, license keys, upgrade credit, or support eligibility have been provided.

We may, at our discretion, issue refunds, credits, or account adjustments. Providing a refund or credit in one case does not require us to provide refunds or credits in other cases.

If a refund, chargeback, payment reversal, or suspected payment issue occurs, related license access, downloads, updates, support priority, upgrade credit, and add-ons may be suspended, revoked, or adjusted.

13. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share, sell, publish, transfer, or misuse license keys or protected download links.
• Bypass checkout, licensing, domain, download, update, or account-access controls.
• Use bots, scripts, scraping, credential stuffing, traffic manipulation, or unauthorized automation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, remove license checks from, or create unauthorized derivative versions of QuantaCade products except where applicable law expressly allows.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt QuantaCade, its customers, or related services.
• Submit false order, license, support, domain, or account information.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, defame, spam, or harm QuantaCade, support staff, contractors, customers, or other users.
• Use QuantaCade for illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or unauthorized activity.

14. User Content and Communications

QuantaCade may allow users to submit support messages, attachments, account information, comments, testimonials, product feedback, or other communications.

You are responsible for content you submit. You may not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, private, obscene, hateful, threatening, malicious, or otherwise inappropriate.

By submitting content, you grant QuantaCade a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, store, moderate, reproduce, and use that content as needed to operate the site, provide support, document issues, improve products, and enforce these Terms.

We may remove or restrict content at our discretion.

15. Site and Product Changes

QuantaCade is under active development. We may add, remove, modify, rename, test, disable, retire, replace, or reset site features, products, plans, license rules, add-ons, protected downloads, update systems, account tools, support tools, and documentation at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent availability of any product, package, feature, version, download, update path, or support tool.

16. Intellectual Property

QuantaCade, including its name, branding, text, designs, graphics, code, product packages, layouts, documentation, update systems, license systems, and site features, is owned by QuantaCade or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, resell, sublicense, lease, host, mirror, publicly post, or exploit QuantaCade content or software except as permitted by these Terms, the applicable license, or written permission from QuantaCade.

Joomla and related third-party marks, names, or platforms belong to their respective owners. QuantaCade is not endorsed by or affiliated with those third parties unless expressly stated.

17. Third-Party Services

QuantaCade may use or link to third-party services such as PayPal, hosting providers, analytics tools, email delivery services, security tools, Joomla resources, extension directories, documentation sites, or other external services.

These third parties may have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, requirements, restrictions, or service availability. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

18. Disclaimers

QuantaCade is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the site, products, protected downloads, updates, license checks, support tools, or third-party integrations will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility with a specific site configuration, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuantaCade and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, site downtime, lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, loss of license access, failed installation, failed update, or interruption of use.

Our total liability for any claim related to QuantaCade will not exceed the amount you paid to QuantaCade for the product, license, plan, pass, or service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim arose, or $100, whichever is greater.

20. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QuantaCade from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the site, products, licenses, downloads, updates, support tools, submitted content, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of another person’s rights.

21. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, license access, downloads, update access, support access, or other QuantaCade services if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, abused the platform, misused license keys, disputed or reversed payment improperly, or used the site or products improperly.

You may stop using QuantaCade at any time. Certain records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy and as needed for legal, accounting, security, license-history, support, or dispute purposes.

22. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in [Insert County/State], unless applicable law requires otherwise.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of QuantaCade after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
